Overview:

After barely surviving a mission in Dhaka, Tyler Rake retires to a cabin in Austria to recuperate. His peace is short-lived when Alcott approaches him with a desperate plea: rescue Ketevan, his ex-wife Mia's sister, and her two children, Sandro and Nina, from a dangerous situation in Georgia. Ketevan is married to Davit Radiani, co-leader of Georgia's largest crime syndicate, the Nagazi, founded with his brother Zurab. Imprisoned after throwing a DEA agent off a roof, Davit forces Ketevan and her children to live with him in the prison. The poor conditions and Davit's abuse lead Ketevan to call Mia for help. Tyler recruits Nik and her brother Yaz to help with the mission. They infiltrate the prison with a bribed guard's help, but a riot breaks out. During the extraction, Davit attacks, and Tyler kills him. They fight through the chaos and board an armored train, eventually escaping to Vienna. Sandro, influenced by the Nagazi and idolizing his father, contacts Zurab, revealing their location. Zurab's men attack Tyler's team at their safehouse. Ketevan scolds Sandro for his naivete. In the ensuing chaos, Sandro abandons his mother to join Zurab. The team flees in a helicopter, but Yaz is mortally wounded. They retreat to Tyler's cabin, where Tyler reconciles with Mia, expressing regret over their son's death. Zurab kills his right-hand man Avtandil, refusing to back down, and challenges Tyler to a final showdown. Tyler faces Zurab and Sandro at an airfield. Zurab forces Sandro to wear an explosive vest and take Tyler's pistol, but Sandro refuses to shoot. Nik arrives, disarms the vest, and Tyler kills Zurab. The police capture Tyler and Nik.
